I found the staff very helpful and cute. they assisted with luggage storage until my late flight the next day. the rooftop bar provided a beautiful space with a quality selection of cocktails. It was indeed a visual treat. i liked that they let me keep my bags in storage until late the following evening, as i had a very late flight.

i noticed that the showerhead in my room was positioned a bit too low, though the water temperature was good. also, there were many light switches, so it took some time to become familiar with them. finally, i believe the metal headboard in the room could have been a more comfortable design.

the reception staff demonstrated consistent friendliness and were attentive to my needs. their assistance with luggage and room upgrades was certainly appreciated. mr bond in the restaurant seemed to take good care of customers ensuring efficient service.

the beautiful king room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. chang water in glass bottles was a nice, environmentally conscious touch. the air conditioning was effective, maintaining a good room temperature throughout my stay.

i found the reception staff very cute and helpful. the room was a good size and clean, it had a safe. a fridge. breakfast was nice too.

the bathroom has almost no storage space for things like a toothbrush or soap, only a small table, and i don't really want to put an open bar of soap directly on it.

the hotel is centrally located next to many tourist attractions, this allowed me to walk to the grand palace in about 40 minutes. i mostly walked everywhere to explore the sites. plenty of cabs were available.

I used the rooftop bar once. It was pretty pleasant, especially during sunset. the bar had a good selection of drinks and some light bites, though i only had a beer. i did not use the pool.

The air conditioning was not great. It struggled to keep the room cool. the street noise was also a problem, particularly early in the morning! it made it difficult to sleep past 7 am and the walls seemed thin. the location was perfect! though the parking was expensive.
