excellent experience!

helpful staff quality selection

I found the staff very helpful and cute. they assisted with luggage storage until my late flight the next day. the rooftop bar provided a beautiful space with a quality selection of cocktails. It was indeed a visual treat. i liked that they let me keep my bags in storage until late the following evening, as i had a very late flight.

i noticed that the showerhead in my room was positioned a bit too low, though the water temperature was good. also, there were many light switches, so it took some time to become familiar with them. finally, i believe the metal headboard in the room could have been a more comfortable design.

the reception staff demonstrated consistent friendliness and were attentive to my needs. their assistance with luggage and room upgrades was certainly appreciated. mr bond in the restaurant seemed to take good care of customers ensuring efficient service.

the beautiful king room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. chang water in glass bottles was a nice, environmentally conscious touch. the air conditioning was effective, maintaining a good room temperature throughout my stay.

the rooftop bar offered fine views. i observed that the hotel provides tea and coffee making facilities in each room. furthermore, the wi-fi connection worked reliably well in my room .

poor air conditioning expensive parking

The air conditioning was not great. It struggled to keep the room cool. the street noise was also a problem, particularly early in the morning! it made it difficult to sleep past 7 am and the walls seemed thin. the location was perfect! though the parking was expensive.

The room was super clean, so clean and tidy. the staff went out of their way to assist with questions and taxi bookings. Very professional indeed. i found the front desk very helpful, a real plus.
